As a licensed user of iNavigate you're entitled to email based support for general product use problems, issues or queries.

The number of free email based incidents included with your license which may be used for up to 3 months following your first contact:
  • 2 for Personal
  • 4 for Professional
  • 8 for Professional Gold
Please ensure that you have checked all the relevant sections of the iNavigate product documentation, and checked for product updates on our website before contacting the technical support team.

The level of information you provide directly affects our ability to resolve your problem, so please provide the following information to our technical support team who'll be pleased to assist you.
  • Product serial number
  • Operating System, version and fix level
  • Browser version
  • Problem details, including how to recreate the problem
